The name

It started on a German back road

Alexander Tjivera was travelling through Germany, watching one green field give way to the next, and could not stop thinking about how completely unlike home it was. Namibia does not do soft. It is rock, gravel, thornbush and an enormous amount of sky.

Two Farm is those two places held side by side — the cultivated fields of Europe and the raw, patient beauty of the land he was raised on. Neither one is better. They just explain each other.

So the company exists to move people from the first to the second: to walk this country properly, eat what we eat, sit with the people who actually live here, and go home with something worth telling for a long time afterwards.

Transfers, check-ins and permits are planned to the minute so your days are spent looking at Namibia, not waiting on it.

From the Fish River in the south to Kunene in the north-west. If it can be reached, we can build a route to it.

Comfortable at every budget

Stone chalets or a tent on the granite. We match the beds to what you want to spend, without dropping the guiding.
